"Toilet in room could not flush…water in tank was totally not returning…reported to front desk, told would send a mechanic for repair…after 3-1/2hrs late at night, issue was still not resolved which caused us not able to use the bathroom and rest after a long travel journey day…staff lied, not able and willing to solve the problem…manager was also not helpful but to fire back to us by saying we were not holding the flush button all the way down and long enough, claiming another room is the same so it’s the customer’s problem…I travel pretty much monthly, and staying at diff hotels which I had never experienced with such services and horrible stay."

"Staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful! Loved that they had underground paid parking that connected with an elevator for ease. The breakfast was had so much variety and was truly delicious (one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had so far). The room was nice and cool and could set your own thermostat if needed. Bed was so comfy! Would love to stay again if I am ever back in the area!"
