Other things to note We're not big fans of the term "House Rules" - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite... - Please remove shoes while in the home.
- Please no smoking.Smoking will result in a $500 fine by Bighorn County. - The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that. No Swimming pool and hot tub is open for guests!
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Garbage and Recycling: Please do not leave garbage outside; if you wish to dispose of garbage and recycling there are garbage and recycling bins located at the entrance of the lodge.
Other things to note ***Please Note - Indoor heated pool, Gym and Outdoor hot tub are currently not available due to litigation issue ***

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The checkout time is anytime before 11am.
Send the host a message when your group leaves and it will be much appreciated and easier for the cleaning team.
Put all used bath towels in the washer and start to wash them.
if time is rush, Please collect towels in the bathtub in second floor.
Return the park pass and bear spray in the unit in summer, Thank you so much in advance!

I have stayed a couple of times now with Lauren in Harvie Heights and had a great experience both times. A perfect spot to ski Sunshine and Lake Louise. You do need a car, but in my opinion the Canmore/ Harvie Heights area is so much nicer than Banff.
Overall all we found the amenities such as kitchen items, furniture and beds to be significantly used.
Location was perfect as we were situated between Canmore and Banff.

Excellent! The unit was very clean, quiet and away from the big city hustle but close enough to drive to both Banff and Canmore. Lauren was very nice and quick at responding calls and/or messages. My family and I spent such a great time and enjoyed our stay.
Perfect location. Everything we needed to feel at home away from home. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect place to plan our daily adventures from. Great communication with host - timely and accurate. No surprises. Would definitely recommend.
The little townhouse was very well appointed for two couples. A bonus was it had two bathrooms, one up and the other downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed, and it was useful to have access to a washer and dryer. Plenty of free parking too, as it was a little out of town.
It would have been nice to have one more arm chair in the lounge area, but otherwise was very comfortable.
A very nice condo at a great location between Canmore and Banff. Perfect for 2-4 people with two nice queen beds. Had a nice kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and and everything was well kept and clean. The sofa was sagging a bit and the living room TV was somewhat small, but those were very minor since we were out and about most of the time. Great to have laundry facilities and gas fireplace - and having the Canada Parks pass was a HUGE plus! The host Lauren was awesome and very communicative. Would absolutely stay here again if I am able to get back to this beautiful part of Canada!
This was a wonderful place to stay. I was there with my husband and our 2 teenage kids. There was plenty of space and it was so close to Banff Park Gates. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my group stayed at this lodge for 6 days and it was definitely a greattt experience. The property manager Lauren is super quick in responding to your message and very cooperative. I would definitely recommend this place to all who want to save $$ on their entire trip budget and have a great view at the same time. The location is on the perfect spot, right on the highway. Will definitely come back here for my next trip
