"Great location for all downtown activities"

"Honestly I was disappointed in our stay. We spent extra money on a "luxury" hotel for 1 night rather than staying 2 nights in the city, so it was a big deal to splurge. There was a wedding at the hotel, and it felt super crowded, like we were in the way when we were in any of the shared spaces. Then in the middle of what should have been our romantic evening, the fire alarm went off and we had to stand out in the rain for 30 minutes. We heard staff saying it was likely a drunk wedding guest, and I heard another guest mention it had gone off earlier in the day, which seems truly bizarre. By the time we got back to our room it was after 11pm, so I tried to send a message to the hotel inquiring about late checkout, but I never heard back. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I couldn't recommend this hotel."

"Very nice hotel! Rooms have amazing views and are layout well. Bathroom is functional but small. Beds are very firm and could use a comforter. Breakfast is available but is 18.95 a person. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean. You are in walking distance to a Starbucks around the corner! "

"We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning. I went down our first morning in the hotel (Saturday, 5/2) and just wanted to get two (2) cups of coffee to take up to the room. There was only one server in the restaurant, and she was helping people at tables in a far section of the restaurant where she couldn't see me at the counter. After waiting over 5 minutes, and getting no service, I left and went across the street to the Starbucks in the Westin to get the coffee. I went there the remaining 2 days we stayed."
