"Our second trip to Coeur D'Alene. This is also the second time we stayed at Riverstone Square. Its fantastic. Great shops, coffee, fantastic yoga studio, a few good restaurants and big open sky! The apt is quiet, no neighbor noise. Very well appointed, comfy beds, good towels. Sweet little porch where I had my coffee, worked and even did a little yoga. We will be back!"

"This is the first time I’ve rented a property and not felt comfortable staying in it. We travel frequently to various cities and countries and I feel that while I have high expectations for general sanitation & appreciate a nice aesthetic, I can stay comfortably in most tropical locations that have musty smells, poor sanitation, etc. The property manager was amazing and responsive to our report that there was a bad smell (cat or human urine) in the carpeted stair entrance up to the apt. "Clean, well maintained 1 bedroom with 2 beds in open loft. Large kitchen with very nice furnishings. Silver resort is village is very clean and nicely walkable to gondola. Lots of parking, very secure stay."

"Great apartment with nice appointments and walking distance to the touristy area of CDA. Had a couple issues crop up while there, but the management company reacted and took care of them almost immediately. I was traveling for business. This is a perfect alternative to the typical hotel stay."

"We contacted Vacasa MULTIPLE TIMES from the minute we checked in regarding the dish network and internet not working, bbq being left with food still on it, jacuzzi was filthy with debris and leaves in it and it was cold, etc., the list goes on. Their customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced and with each text and call we made, which were MANY came the promises of someone coming out to fix things or someone calling us back.
