Nice clean place right off the interstate great parking across the street kind of a shady bar nearby but no problems. We had a minor problem with the air mattress having a leak and they replaced it immediately.
The condo is very cute. We appreciated the amenities from coffee to snacks. It had everything we needed. The location is meant for driving where you want to go but there is a gas station, local bar, and a drive-thru coffee within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again as it is close proximity to where we needed to be.
Perfect for our getaway. The owner provided spot on recommendations for local food which was excellent. The river is beautiful, accessible and the locals are friendly. An easy well maintained walking path is a short 5-7 min drive.
This property was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It is somewhat outdated but that is no impediment to its function or cleanliness. I enjoyed my brief stay. The location was perfect.
Very nice inside. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Well stocked with basics. Loved having washer and dryer. Location worked for getting to mine tours, silverwood park, and Farragut state park. Would stay here again.
This house was great for hitting outdoor recreation locations in Idaho and Montana.
The inside was awesome. The outside area around the condo could have used a little TLC. Walking over weeds to get in wasn’t great. Parking was easy and beds were comfy.
We loved staying at this condo. It was very convenient to the bike trails. Everything was clean. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equiped and bathroom had nice fluffy
towels. We would stay here sgain.

Clean and nicely updated. Smart TVs in every bedroom with Netflix (which we didn’t use much), comfortable beds, functioning kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, lots of blankets and towels. There is no dishwasher and the river is across the paved road past the gas station (this condo is not on the river but within walking distance).
Our daughter's family lives in Kingston. This was very close and convenient for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and wash our laundry and the grandchildren loved to come and visit with us because each bedroom had a TV so they could each watch shows of their choice. Freeway access was close and easy. The manager was easy to reach on the phone when we had questions. We will stay here again in the future.
Perfect location and set up if like myself you want to ride Trail Couer d' Alene.
Facility provide all that made my 4 day ride of the Trail Couer d' Alene in both directions a perfect spot. Cooking facilities allowed me to prepare all meals, wash cycling kit at the end of each day and relax in a quite location, no disturbances from neighbors. While picture showed a coffee pot that I could brew my own coffee in facility had a Kuerg with pods provided. I still made due with a little creative pour over into my coffee mug. Plenty of water provided and the owner showed incredible concern when it appeared I may have had an accident on the trail.
5 Stars
The place is adorable! Very clean, all like in the pictures, perfect for our family and just what we expected. We were there for just one night, perfect place to meet with our daughter, mid way between Seattle and Bozeman. This is a perfect place to break a trip to Bozeman. The area has not much to do right there, but we knew it. We, all adults, had fun at the neighborhood bar after dinner and enjoyed breakfast at The Snake Pit.

The condo and Becca were absolutely fantastic! Kingston is an interesting little area as it is an old mining town. We were glad to get something so close to the wedding we were attending. The beds were comfortable, entire condo was clean and decorated so nicely, area around condo is a bit unkept but not terrible.
