I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!

The room was exceptionally clean and in good shape. Breakfast was pretty limited but at least it was something. The prices for a Lenoir City location were definitely high for location. But at least Marriotts are always clean and you can count on excellent service.

I loved the property!! When walking into the elevator, it still smells new. Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. The only negativity through the entire experience was booking through Expedia and trying to get the discount that the membership offers, which I still have not gotten. The only way to get discount is to book directly through Expedia, but they are no help, can't do the booking, they told me to book online and try to dispute it later. 👎
