"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. The other room had no hooks but a small bedside table and one small storage hold built under the bed. It's all fine for the price but it seems like the cost of a single night in each room would pay for simple upgrades that would make all the difference. A shelf above the bed, hooks along the wall, bedside table. That's it! 🤗 Also, the lobby door has a key scan so only residents should enter the room area off reception, but it doesn't work. The area seems perfectly safe, do it's not the end of the world, but it should be fixed."

"Very high standard of comfort and spotlessly clean. We arrived at 02:45am and left at 07:30 am . Just a few hours sleep between flights in and out of Luton. Be aware if you do this you need to phone reception to get in which we were not aware of. We just needed somewhere to avoid sitting in airport all night."

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station; however, getting to the lobby was a little difficult, i had to go thru the mall to get there. By the way, the mall was right next yo the hotel."

"Absolutely gorgeous especially for the price! Only wished I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it more thoroughly. Service is swift and polite, even in the middle of the night. There is parking available. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend. Lovely courtyards and greenery, vintage room interiors, rest of hotel is very grand and luxurious, every corner is perfect for photos! The whole place is surrounded by greenery so there’s nothing really in walking distance. You can get uber though, including food delivery. Would recommend taking a car with you if you’re looking to go out and about, unless you plan on staying at the hotel mostly then you don’t need one. But overall, wonderful experience, no regret!"
