"Impressive period property outside with very pleasant interior. Cheerful lady at reception. Spacious room for 2. Comfortable beds and scrupulously clean. Would visit again when in the area. "
"This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads. The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."
"I had a disabled room which was spacious and easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair around. However, the bed was low and I difficult to get in and out of.The following would have been helpful: - shelving around the sink suitcase stand higher hanging rail in wardrobe The doors in the corridor were a nightmare to get through on walking sticks or in a wheelchair. I could not have managed them on my own. Easier to go round outside of building than use corridors"
"Lovely stay at Golden Triangle Townhouse. I did think all rooms were en suite, but the shared bathroom facilities were good. Lovely and clean and had a great stay. Walkable to the city and bus stop just down the road."

"Stayed for 3 nights in a studio which was quite big. The apartments are located a short walk from the train station and near the cathedral and only a short walk into the city centre. My studio was really comfy. Apart from a bed, there is a settee table and chairs for 2, kitchen area, dressing table, mirror TV and also a plug in fan. Toiletries in bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Extra items provided on request. "
"It has a tree lined drive up to the hotel which was nice. Book in was quick and easy. Our room was through the back of the hotel in a courtyard and was like a chalet. The room itself was large as was the bathroom which had a separate bath and shower. It also had a little patio area with table and two chairs which we used as it was a lovely day.
We arrived prior to the 3pm check in, but we were able to use the leisure facilities meanwhile. My only complaint was that we stood at the spa reception desk for a while whilst the staff finished their chat and even though they saw us they didn’t stop to ask if we needed any help ..we did we needed towels! The sauna and steam were good but they had a bit of a stale aroma. The pool itself was a good size for a swim and a pleasant temperature.
There was a good choice at breakfast. The traditional breakfast items were of good quality and was self serve. You could also have alternatives like eggs Benedict made to order. The Danish Pastries were full sized ones!
I would definitely stay again."
"Very friendly staff. I had the opportunity to order an evening meal (Sunday) which was excellent. Breakfast was included which again was excellent. Help yourself to cereal, fruit juice and DIY toast. I ordered the vegan hot breakfast which was brought to me on a plate, everything was hot and cooked to my liking. My room had plenty of space and was quiet, although you could hear other residents shutting their doors. It would have been nice to have had a separate table in the room apart from the dressing table and bedside tables. I found the hot water to be hot at any time of day. The one drawback was, that the grab rails on the bath where fixed, had black mould around the edges. Apart from that, everything else appeared clean and it would not deter me from rebooking again in the future."
