"We had a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything you might need. We fished off the dock and caught a wide variety of fish, but we had better luck and caught larger fish in the evening. A huge storm came through and the host kept in contact to make sure we were ok. We ended our stay short because of the county wide loss of power but definitely plan on coming back."

"Wish we had a way to control the weather. The week had thunderstorms and tornado threats most of the week. That caused lake levels to be 2 to 3 ft higher than normal, a very unusual occurrence, according to locals. The house was very comfortable. The spiral staircase was a little bit of a child hazard, but there was a gate at the top of the stairs (2 yr old figured out how to unlock within the first hour in the house and still no mishaps.) "The cabin was real nice and clean. Everything in it worked well the grounds were nice and clean. It was real quiet the only noise were the crickets outside. The owners were very helpful as far as where to go and things to do in the area. We will be going back and staying at these little cabins every time we go. "

"First impression of the outside was not good due to lots of spider webs and tree debris. In fairness, there were recent storms in the area causing much of this, however a good power blowing would have helped. The inside was spotless and all appliances, kitchen countertops, etc. were modern. The master bed was very comfortable. The firepit was exceptional and we really enjoyed it. I broke one of the chairs around the firepit and notified the hostess, she graciously responded quickly."

"Quaint little cabin just down from the boat ramp. Perfect for a family of four. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Fast WiFi. Communication with the property owner was great. We actually locked ourselves out one time and the host had us back in within minutes. We will definitely be coming back"

"We appreciated the cleanliness for a pet-friendly cabin. There were no odors or any evidence of pets. We appreciated the thoughtful ammenities (coffee, water in fridge,etc) and the well-cared for kitchenware. Our trip was cut short by storms and power was out, but with windows open, it was cool and comfy inside. Would stay again!"
