"We enjoyed our experience for the most part. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We called maintenance and a gentleman who didn’t speak English at all came up to the room. He pulled the light fixture down and there was water all in there. He Google translated and told us he was going to check upstairs. He NEVER came back and no one from the front desk called to let us know what was going on. We saw him in the hall later and he just said no English and walked away. The next day (yes, they still never contacted us), we were checking out. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said they would close off the room. I find it crazy that the let us stay in there with that leak but now are closing the room. Anyway, other than that it was OK."

"Was not placed in room that I originally booked for due to initially bringing a dog. I communicated a week or two prior to the hotel that I was not bringing my dog and for them to correct the amount of guests booked due to an error. I was communicated to that these things were taken care of by two representatives prior yet upon arrival was notified that due to me bringing a dog(that I didn’t bring remember)I was placed on a ground floor and that my errors hadn’t been corrected, with me also never being notified of the room change prior to arrival. So I never got the room I was charged for and funny after these the discussion on the day of my arrival, upon check out the same male at the front desk who supposedly helped me on day one magically didn’t remember me or my counterpart whom spoke with him. The beds were squeaky and not the most comfortable with the relaxation pool not appearing the cleanest. The bar tenders and hospitality staff were very nice though. The parking was also limited which seemed to force valet parking."

"I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Hotel in Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The first room we were checked into had a wet carpet and a strong mildew mold odor that was impossible to ignore. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable immediately. Even the hotel staff seemed visibly concerned and disappointed by the state of the room, which only reinforced how unacceptable the situation was. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair present, and the entire space felt neglected and poorly maintained. We were moved to a second room, but unfortunately, it wasn’t much better. It was dusty, dingy, and still had an unpleasant smell. At that point, it was clear that the overall condition of the hotel was not up to standard. For a Hilton property, this was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness and basic upkeep should be a given, and this experience fell far short. I would not recommend staying here based on the current conditions."

"The room was clean. Parking was $30 a day which I thought was a little unreasonable. Parking should be included with a stay in my opinion. There are public parking options nearby if you want to avoid the $30 a day, but still… The staff was polite and helpful. The air-conditioning was amazing!!"

"The room was BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS! I loved that it had a couch and it's own small seating area. The shower gets really hot and the pressure was great. The one thing I will say is if you prefer a very cold room the AC does work but it doesn't get super cold. The hotel was very clean and pretty overall. The bar is really nice and the bar bites were pretty good as well. I had breakfast one of the mornings I stayed and I definitely do not think it is worth the money however, everything else with our stay was so great I would definitely stay here again!!"
