"The hotel was lovely. Only problem was I booked a harbor view room which I paid extra for however there weren’t any available when I arrived."

"Very large room with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, large tv., wine in the fridge. Staff very nice. Free breakfast which is great so you don't have to rush to get outside to a Tim Horton's. Quiet at night. Free parking which not every hotel in St John's has. I would return."

" Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the best hotel experiences ever! The staff kindly allowed us to check in early in the morning since that was when we arrived in St. John’s. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they even still have porters who open the doors for you when you come in. For a few days, we truly felt like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location and offers excellent value for the price. Generally speaking, St. John’s is a wonderful city filled with warm-hearted and kind people, great foo and amazing places to explore!"

"Hotel room and staff were great. However, we had planned the stay with our 2 girls as a night away with swimming and snacks, and upon arrival we were told the pool was out of service. They did give us the option to go to a near by hotel and use their pool, which was great. It just would have been ideal if we had gotten info before our arrival."

"The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that."
