"It is hard to imagine any better accommodations in New Buffalo. This property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and in a perfect location. Laura responded quickly to our questions and could not have been more helpful. The best endorsement probably came from our two year old grandson. Every time he walked in the door, he shouted, "Yea" so loudly, the neighbors could probably hear him."

"The property is wonderful! A quiet spot nestled in the trees. We had an amazing time enjoying the lake during the day and having a bonfire at night. The house had plenty of room to spread out. Also it is not too far to have a few day trips to other places. All and all an amazing place to get away!Highly recommend."
"We loved our stay at this rental in Sawyer. The downtown area was small but so cute and had some fantastic places to eat and hang out. It was also just a short drive to the Warren Dunes State Park which was a huge plus for us. The apartment itself was as very clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met plus some! The property managers were great too! We will be back if we find ourselves in the Sawyer area again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The pool was absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and cooling off. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet community, just a short walk to the beach and a nearby park, which made it easy to get outside and explore.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor seating area—very calming, especially with deer wandering through the yard throughout the day. It truly felt like a nature retreat!You're only about 12 minutes from both New Buffalo and Michigan City, and Four Winds Casino is just 10 minutes away, so there’s plenty to do nearby without sacrificing the serenity of the setting.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and convenient access to everything!"

"Tim met us all ready with instructions. Had float/tube we asked about. Gpa/ma 5 boys and families, some bedrooms together worked as family suites. Great for kids. Loved the lighning bugs and fire pit shaded area"

"Quiet, well stocked with basics for cooking, relaxation. We had some trouble getting streaming to stay engaged to internet, but only meant that we watched less TV, which worked for us. We would rent with you and this place specifically again."
