"Coral Bay is the best area to stay on this island. Close to all of the popular beaches, and also secluded ones that are very beautiful. Recent updates throughout the unit, and very clean. Cold air-conditioning, which comes in handy after a long day at the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and is well organized. There is also a newer washer/dryer, so you do not have to go to a laundromat. Large balcony with a couch so you can enjoy the quiet mornings and watch the hummingbirds. Generator works well and is a must since power outages are common on this island. We stayed for seven days, and power went out three or four times. I would NOT recommend staying at a vacation rental on this island that does not have a backup generator. Not if, but when you lose power, without a generator, you do not have access to air-conditioning, fans, or even water. Since water is delivered by an electric pump. Host is very attentive! No need to look any further, this is the place. You will be very happy with it. Book today!!"

"This house is perfect for couples or small families. Rooms are spacious and offer AC. The house overall is beautiful! We did lose power for the first 3 days for about an hour or hour and half which was unfortunate since the house doesn’t have a generator or solar panels. However, we absolutely loved staying at the Sea Palace and would visit again!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, the views are incredible (even better than photos), very spacious, the pool was fantastic and we sat on the outside covered porch for breakfasts and in the evenings to enjoy the view and breeze.The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the hosts left us some beverages in the refrigerator to start our stay, which was a nice touch.The benefit is that the area is very quiet. The downside is that it is the 30 minute drive to get to dock and restaurants in Cruz Bay and about 15-20 mins from most beaches. You’ll want an SUV as the roads and driveway to the house are very steep and windy. It’s only about 5 minutes to Coral Bay, so make sure to have a lunch at Lime Out while you’re on that side of the island. The house also has outdoor showers, which can be a very unique feature. The water pressure was really low, so the benefit was muted by that. Overall, we still highly recommend."

"Stayed with 2 adults, 3 kids. Great house with epic views! It had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, towels, coolers, and even a paddle board)! The house was clean with lots of open space and comfortable beds. Easy to find with directions from the manager, who was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again"
