Pleasant Stay in Hoi An

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in August Very busy hotel … lots of families / kids No air conditioning in common areas Great service in restaurant at breakfast Free use of bicycles Good simple breakfast Mini bar fridge too small for large water bottles snd they are needed as you go through a lot of water … takes ages to cool Good service Large pool and shaded in afternoon Cold aircon in rooms Large comfortable beds Small safe - doesn’t fit laptop Good size balcony with chairs with nice view over fields Easy walk to old town 1.5 km or short Grab ride

Well run hotel with excellent helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast with something for everyone - some cooked to order.Well appointed spotless spacious rooms with comfortable beds and balconies Free bikes available to use, quiet but close enough to centre of town plus nice grounds with pool. The rooms are sound insulated - did experience some noise from the corridor outside by thoughtless guests. Would recommend.

Quiet and Peaceful Hotel to Enjoy Hoi An

Quiet and peaceful location away from the main tourist crowd. The hospitality shown by the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location to visit the famous Old Town of Hoi An.

Great experience!

Beautiful pool area and clean rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the spa. Not too far from the city and the beach by bike. Everything you need in Hoi An :)

Stunning hotel

Gorgeous hotel, we stayed in the executive suite and it was one of the most beautiful rooms and views I have ever seen. Drinks were great, delicious food, stunning location. Could not ask for more! The staff made our stay incredible too; Hau, Ai, Vy, Quoc and Trang really stood out as going above and beyond- we decided to stay for an extra night as we loved the hotel and pool so much and the staff did everything they could to make our room change seamless. Would 100% recommend!

Really cute & great boutique hotel option for a stay in Hoi An! Hotel was well designed and nice quality, with all the needed options for a visitor (nice pool, great morning view of fields/river…wake up to the sounds of roosters!, bikes ok property to get around town, motorbike rentals). Staff was super friendly and accommodative, and English friendly. Only minor ding is there wasn’t a bar option really on property. Would definitely return!

Just returned home after 3 weeks in Vietnam. We spent 7 days at the Shining Riverside during our vacation. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 12 and 14. We are still missing the people we encountered at this hotel and we checked out a week ago. I'm not the type of person who typically returns to tye same place twice. But I have tonsay, if we ever return to Hoi An we will absolutely be staying at the Shining Riverside again. It truly felt like home - from the moment we walked in the doorhaving veen greeted by KimChi who was a great first point of contact. She gave us a tour and even walked us directly to our room after providing us with a wrlcome drink. She took extra steps to ensure we were connected with a highly recommended tailor and made many suggestions to help us have the best time in Hoi An. We were also thankfully for Vi who often worked the evening shift. She provided us with recommendatioms for restaurants and activitities, etc.and was such a heartwarming pleasant person to chat with. Trang in the dining area was also the best. My boys loved her and we enjoyed our greetings amd conversations with her. Phuc (spellimg my be incorrect) at the front desk.was also a pleasure and ensured to handle any questions or request we had immediately, as did every other person we encountered. Our room was cleaned very well daily and getting into the spa on 2 different ocassions was, even at the last minute, was hassle free. We felt cared for at this hotel and hospitality amazed

Fantastisk hotell i Hoi An, Vietnam.

Om dere skal til Hoi An ville jeg absolutt valgt Shining Riverside Boutique & Spa. Et lekkert hotell med basseng, nydelig interiør, god frokost, komfortable senger og hyggelig betjening, til en fornuftig pris. Ca 2 km fra sentrum av gamlebyen, men med gratis sykler fra hotellet "ruller" du raskt inn til det Hoi An du høyst sannsynlig kom for å se.
