Independent, Hanoi Hotels

The hotel has it all, wifi, breakfast and a gym. It's not too close to Hanoi city but will only cost around $40,000.00 dong to catch a cab. The staff are super friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again. Btw make sure to check out a little Cafe called Cafe Phizo on the same Street, just turn right after you leave the hotel 2min walk. It serves delicious authentic Hue Vietnamese food and drinks.

We spent 3 weeks travelling from Bangkok to Cambodia through Vietnam. Hotel was very convenient and very clean etc. Breakfast was the best we had in all our three weeks. Other than that, we could find nothing wrong and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well decorated and has a classic Oriental look and presentation. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. No hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was an amazing experience for us. Right from the time we stepped in for check-in the staff took over in a very friendly and professional way. Each and every staff from front desk to the f&b outlets were out to serve you with a smile on their face. The restaurant is small but the staff will make you at home with their recommendations. We loved the hotel because of the people. The family room was big, with all amenities. They even had a laptop in the room for us. Definitely recommend.

i got a really nice discount when i booked this hotel a year in advance. so i have nothing to complain about. the value for money was excellent. the staff was great and helpful. the breakfast buffe one of the best i have had in a hotel of this class.

This hotel is good, but looses a few stars as there were inherent problems. Like the the tub in the bathroom leaks water like crazy when you take a shower. So you end up using a flip flop all the time or you will be walking on ick. The room that I was in had problems locking and opening, thought he staff was quick to take care of it. I had trouble nearly everyday trying to figure out if the door was locked or not. Not such a fun thing to do. The hotel is on a busy street but the noise does not reach your room. I would advise people not to book for tours from the hotel desk as they are extremely expensive. The hotel is close to Hoan Kiem lake. The room is equipped with coffee maker & an inroom safe
