The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi old quarter, it is very assessible and walking distance to good food, the train street, the famous Hanoi lake and the St Joseph church etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can one ask for!

Excellent location - 5 min walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, 5 min walk to the airport bus station. Clean room, clean bathroom with shower separete from toilet, elevator, good WiFi... Friendly and helpful staff (they lock my motorbike each night). The bed in my room was realy too soft (some kind of foam)

Room was clean and comfortable. Service. It's a busy street, and I had a room with balcony overlooking it, but with the doors closed I wasn't disturbed by the traffic miss at all. Only one complaint, and it's a small one: the lighting seemed a bit harsh. The street itself is lovely, with lots of coffee shops around, frequented mostly by Vietnamese people rather than tourists. 5-6 minutes walk to the nearest convenience store. Same with the nearest functioning ATM. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Stay for 3 nights. This is a boutique hotel in the old quarters of Hanoi. The location is a big plus for this property. As a vegetarian breakfast had limited options, but good options. Jimmy, Sulli, Jenny and Alex are courteous and helpful. But the hotel have only one family suite category room per floor. So, if you book two family rooms, it would be on a different floor or you have to book two different categories of rooms to be on the same floor. Overall I would recommend it.

the hotel is clean and close to the city center. you can even walk for 1-2 mins and see the railroad with several cafe. the staffs are helpful. i recommend this hotel for any traveller who would like to have a pleasant stay in Hanoi

Very friendly staff at the reception counter. The room is superb big and clean. Many food stall and restaurants located around the hotel. Very strategic location where you no need to worry about getting hungry at night. Highly recommend and definitely will stay at here again in future. One of the best hotel in Hanoi old quarter :)

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, booked 2 tours, it went perfect! The host is very nice, very friendly she become my friend the whole time I stayed in Hanoi. More than helpful for everything. The room is clean and smells really good! It is right at the center on Old quarter where the fun is! Highly recommended, good price and very friendly staff!
