Worth the price
Everything was as expected. Although they took their time to process our entry n we were tired when arrived. Expected it to be a bit faster. There were people who could speak English. Location wasn't bad. 10 min to west lake via taxi. it was near to bus station too.

Friendly and exceptional rooms
The hotel is about 15rmb taxi from both the train station and west lake, but what it lacks in proximity to the lake (it's about a 10-15min cab ride) it more than makes up for in comfort, style, and enjoyment. The room was absolutely spotless, with an amazing bed and shower. Friendly staff, albeit with less than impeccable English, and thoroughly clean building. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind the distance. It was an amazing price for the quality of room and location. 10/10

浙江工業大学のホテル
家族で泊まれるホテルということで、検索し、このホテルに宿泊しましたので、家族4人での宿泊自体は大きな問題はありませんでした。 しかし、ホテルの周辺は、大学と民間のアパートしかないため、ホテル周辺での食事、買い物は不便でした。また、WiFiはほとんど接続できなかった為、大変不便でした。何も検索できず、行動も制約を受けてしまいました。スタッフも、英語をほとんど話せず、チェックイン時に苦労しました。 中国旅行に慣れていない方の宿泊はお勧めできません。

Bom atendimento, as pessoas são extremamentegentis e prestativas. Dificuldade na comunicação. poucas pessoas falam Ingles e vocabulário bem limitado. Café da manhã com poucas opções Ocidentais. Quartos confortável. Se não for fumante solicite um andar de não fumante. Os chineses fumam bastante e sem restrições de lugares.
