所有的美都源於西湖；因為就坐落於西湖最美的孤山白堤旁。所有的氣質都來自於歷史；旅館老舊但很有味道。其他一般；設備、餐食和服務態度。

酒店隔音比较差，隔壁一开水龙头我们房间就有奇怪的声音。酒店5楼在装修，说好dao下午5点的，结果7点了还在敲。

The hotel brought me back to the 1940s. It is great to experience the past atmosphere and at the same time enjoying the convenience of the present technology.

nous avons demandé et payé le supplément pour une chambre avec vue sur le lac. c'était probablement possible il y a 20 ans, maintenant les arbres ont tellement poussé que la vue est sur les feuilles. aucune possibilité de remboursement ou de changement de chambre. juste un plateau de fruits en compensation; par contre, service très attentif et serviable.

Best location - right next to Westlake & close to everything else, even able to walk to town.

The hotel feels a little tired looking. Staff is not enthusiastic to please you. Daily tidying and cleaning of room is bare minimum. The hotel needs a massive injection of energy and enthusiasm .

서호변에 있고 오래된 유명한, 그러나 좀 비싼 로우와이로우라는 음식점에 가까운 곳입니다. 오래 된 건물이라 뷰가 안좋은 방들이 많아서 호변에 위치한 장점을 살리기는 어렵습니다. 하지만 특히 나쁜 점 없는 무난한 호텔이었습니다.

우선 서호앞에 위치해서 위치는 탁월, 하지만 예약확인이 제대로 안돼 1시간이상 소비... 그래도 친절하게 응대해서 크게 불만이 생기진 않았음. 욕조 물이 안바져서 씻기에 불편했음.
