Excellent hotel to stay close to the Time Square. Parking garage next door operated by a third party was very convenient ($60 for car and $80 for SUV). Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of staff to assist and support promptly but lacking politeness in their tone. a bit bossy. Check in takes a while because they require each adult ID and entering each child age and name. So be prepared for that. Breakfast setup is a bit cumbersome. You have to come down to the lobby level and go around to check in and then go around and you will be guided to an elevator that will take you to the 5th floor where you will be lined/waited to be seated. They are very serious about seating you in certain way and all parties available there before you can sit. very bosses.
