"An iconic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The location is so centrally located. Located near many attractions, cafés and great restaurants. Also close to the train. The staff are amazingly friendly and super helpful. The hotel has 3 fantastic restaurants. I didn't get a chance to utilize the spa, but I did stop by to take a look and it looked beautiful. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable. They could use a little refresh, since this is an older hotel, but still quite lovely. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful property. Spacious and bright rooms. Very comfortable bed! Laundry and gym available in the basement. We had a greaw view from our room in the 4th floor. It's our second stay at this property! I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Hamburg. "
