It's in a great location—a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Some areas could use some updates, but overall, it's a nice place!

Pool is nice, chairs outside room and on pool deck are great to have. The staff and effort were great, just be aware that it is on a very loud corner with a lot of bars around. Air conditioning does work but is VERY loud kicking on and off also.

First time to Hampden Beach, but I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Turns out there are several little "beach motels" in the area, but the Ways Motel provided me with a great value. AK at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, solving a minor issue I was having with a prompt and efficient response. The hotel steps away from the ocean and close to several bars and restaurants. This place should definitely be on your radar screen if you visit the area!

The room was clean but the bathroom was tiny. No elevator, ice nachine and alot of street noise. The bed was comfortable and close to fun places

We went to Hampton to go to the beach. This hotel is a three minute walk from the beach. They have a spray hose for when you return from the beach. It was perfect for our visit. The hotel is a budget beach hotel, not a luxury resort, so don’t book if that isn’t your vibe. It was clean and everything was in good working order. It is on a main drag out of town, so you do need to take care crossing the road, and it can be noisy. The night we were there, there were sport motorcycle packs, Harley riders, and a moped crew who were all in town and showing off their bikes, so it was not very quiet, but that was a town thing, not a hotel thing. Staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

A long walk from the actual beach. Dirty bathtub and dirty floors. Hair all over the caulk in the bathroom. Windows scary, some sort of black covering with no light. Listing states “3 min walk to beach” make that about 10-15 to ACTUAL BEACH/CENTER. Pool was clean. Chairs outside of rooms full of sand. I choose this hotel due to “close” location to beach.. it is NOT. Fine for young kids/20 somethings that want to go the beach and party and have a place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend for families. Disappointed in cleanliness of bathroom especially.
