Great owner, very helpful. Unfortunately no coffee pot, which was a bummer for us. Full fridge and microwave available, as well as dishes and silverware. Beds were clean; detergent used to clean the linens was very strong and I had an allergic reaction to it. Very good location. Local Tiki Taxi was a great help.

Great location right next to the state park. Eash walking distance to the beach and the Hampton Beach boardwalk. Building was clean but dated. Bathroom tiny and not well designed. Nice outdoor area with comfortable seating and games. Okay place for a short beach stay.

We love to stay here. It's close to the stae beach/park and within walking g distance to the boardwalk but far enough away to be quiet. Gary is great!!! The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and we were very satisfied with everything! Very clean and had our own little deluxe apartment to enjoy our stay for 6 days. Gary, the host, was very friendly and always made sure we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing and clean place and you’re not all about glitz and glam. Close proximity to the boardwalk and free parking if you decide to walk to the beach. Beautiful flowers all around and just a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely making this our home away from home when we go back next summer! Thanks again Gary for making our towels and bed linens smell just like home, and being so kind during our stay, can’t wait till we come back!

Room had nice counter space and a full size fridge which was amazing. Ice machine on site was amazing to have access to and the manager was very accommodating and friendly. Bedding was outdated and not very comfortable, and curtains let in a lot of light but overall the room fit our needs. Close walk to the beach and parking included was excellent.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is one of my favorite places to stay at Hampton. The property is beautifully decorated with colorful flowers and cute little seating areas. So inviting and close to the beach! Will stay again.
