Our stay was great. From the girls in the office to the guys in the snack shack everything was perfect. It was nice to have live music and cocktails outback. It was nice to hang out at the pool. Our room was comfortable and we could see the ocean. We’re highly satisfied.

We are from Montreal and we love to travel to New Hampshire to this spot. It’s right across the Street from the beach and so nice to take a morning walk when the tide is low. The staff is super friendly. There’s a lot of ambiance in the backyard near the surf shack where you can get a drink and hear the live band. Do notice that everything is closed on Tuesday on this property meaning there’s no animation or nothing is open area is clean. We had a small kitchenette, which is perfect for small meals. Do not intend to make a real dinner there but perfect for light cooking. If you take view on the garden, you will not have a balcony on the second and third floor. What if you take Ocean view you will, which is great. We have done both. Highly recommend!

Great property, view is really nice! Only cons were bathroom is tight. There was a shelf that I hit my head on because it’s in front of the toilet bowl and I’m short. In our room there was really no closet to hang stuff in like clothes for a memorial service we were going to. But it was clean and served its purpose and across from a beautiful beach!
