The hotel location is great and the staff is also good. The only downside is that they don’t have a restaurant or kitchen

Front desk staff is amazing
I love the front desk staff. We stayed once before in 2020 and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with "Welcome back", our keys were already prepared, and I was handed our bathrobes and slippers. We were even escorted to the elevator.

Common areas look as advertised, but the room was horrible. The bathroom was old with a worn linoleum floor and to a standard not even acceptable for a youth hostel. Asked for another room or a refund, but got an arrogant answer that I already paid so it was “nothing they could do”… “they were fully booked. My friends room was old but acceptable. Left for another hotel, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. For the price I would have excepted not to need sandals in the shower…

Would stay here again!
Fancy entrance, nice spa with outside area too, unfortunately your met by a staircase right away so the immediate reaction is "really?". My room was very small and there was no space to walk around the bed, on one side you hit the TV on the wall, and the other there is both a chair and a table in the way. Would gladly remove those since you can sit on the bed and have shelves on the wall instead of a table. Very good prices of the minibar menu. Would stay here again.

Average okay hotel, but too small bathrooms
Friendly staff, willing to help you during the stay. Clean rooms, with clean bed sheets and so… Different from the advertised, the hotel doesn’t offer AC on the rooms. The toilet was REALLY narrow!!! And that was a big negative point.

Gorgeous historical spacious suite, bathroom a bit outdated, but clean and spacious. Lovely spa facilities and there is a great gym. Breakfast was delicious and staff was helpful, delightful and welcoming!

Rummet vi bokade motsvarade inte förväntningarna på ett standardrum på ett spahotell med 4 stjärnor. Rummet var gammalt, slitet, utan AC (endast liten bordsfläkt) och obekväma sängar. Sängkläderna var blöta när vi skulle lägga oss och efter att ha pratat med en trevlig receptionist fick vi delvis nya sängkläder men fick stå och bädda om våra sängar kl 23 på kvällen. Fukten hade trängt in i täcken och kuddar så bytet var lite för sent…. Inte ok. Definitivt inte värt priset på 1700 kr för en natt.

Good but room for improvement
Overall good, but telling someone that bikes have to go where they store their trash with no possibility to secure them is not a nice welcome. More than a little unnecessary when two people with expensive bikes shows up for their first impressions. Breakfast was really good, room was a little warm with no AC in +25C heat.

Nice staff, comfy beds but a tight breakfast area.
Had a great stay, comfortable beds and a clean room. All the details wasn't perfect in the room but on the whole it was good. The breakfast was good and had options, but a little hard to navigate the tight buffet area.

Mysigt, lugnt och skönt
Ett mysigt spa som inte är överbefolkat så som många andra. Mysiga rymliga rum, sköna sängar och bra frukost med veganska alternativ. Negativt är att deras badkar som finns på vissa rum, läcker och badrummet svämmar över när det tömms.. Det finns rituals tvål och schampo på rummen men ingen bodylotion, tops eller pads vilket jag hade önskat. Överlag är jag väldigt nöjd, det låg dock 3 snus i den varma poolen men det kan man inte beskylla hotellet för tänker jag..

Hårstrån i hela sängen och på golvet som inte var mitt när jag anlände. Hemskt sunkig toalett. Äckliga(!) kuddar som kändes väldigt använda och gamla då det hade separerats i fodret. Enda pluset för min del - god och varierad frukost!!

Ett helt underbart hotell med en mkt trevlig ägare som bemötte oss på ett personligt sätt. Såg alla sina gäster och hade en stor portion humor. Spaet är jättetrevlig och bastun blev snabbt mycket varm. Frukostbuffen hade mkt hög nivå med fina små detaljer som tex minitabaskoflaskor och majonäsburkar. Mkt gulligt och ingenting saknades mer än möjligt kaffemaskin med latte och expresso. Fantastisk gammal byggnad med vackra rum. Allt känns lyxigt och varje möbel och tavla är genomtänkt och väl placerade. Städningen var bra med en liten miss med gammalt hår på golvskrapan i badrummet. Men inget som drar ned betyget. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Blev förvånad över att massagen inte räknas som spabehandling. Massagen var mycket bra men bokningen lite ”si och så”. Jag hade uppskattat att veta att det var en manlig massör INNAN jag klev in. Men som sagt bra och trevlig massor. Vårt rum Carl-Philips svit… passade oss bra men knappast en prins ;) duschutrymmen var sunkigt annars var allt bra. God frukost
