"Great location. Comfy beds. Really nice rooftop patio. A parasol for shade would be appreciated. Apartment not very soundproof at all. Could hear elevator knocking sounds through living room wall. Could hear slightest noise in rest of apartment from bedrooms, even with door closed. Underground parking a nice perk.
