"The room was small but clean. It was within walking distance to the market. We went to the market every morning to buy fruits."

"The house is very comfortable and very clean. It contains everything a traveler needs. We arrived at night and had difficulty to locate the place, as there are other residences on the same lot. The Tree House is at the very top, so requires walking up four flights of stairs (65 steps in all), which we did not realize when we first arrived. But it is unique and a fun place to stay, in a nice area. We saw deer around the property three times during our short stay. Still, stores, restaurants...

"We loved this apartment. The unit is beautiful and stylish and very quiet. The bathroom especially is full of luxurious high end touches (like double shower heads and heated floors). The porch features gorgeous flowers and lovely resident hummingbirds. The location is ideal: great coffee at Spike’s and markets for essentials right around the corner; everything the Castro has to offer nearby; easy access to Muni at Castro Station; a short lovely walk to Dolores Park and the Mission.
