"Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are perfect, the pools clean, the beach & the ocean are perfect. We can’t say enough positive things. Even after 10 days, we didn’t want to leave."

"I can’t say enough great things about this property! From start to finish the experience and interactions were seamless, but the home itself was fantastic! The home was clean and very well equipped - it was so easy to settle in for the week! The outdoor space was amazing and perfect to get plenty of Maui sun and relax in our own oasis. The house was located in the perfect spot on the island and close to the shops, restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend!"

"My wife and I had a great stay at Char’s place for my wife’s birthday. It’s in a great central location for traveling all over the island. Great access point for Haleakala too. The villa and views are both amazing. Very responsive host.We rode out hurricane Lala there. Quite exciting."
