"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."

Le déjeuner traditionnel est une expérience, nous l’avons choisi un matin et aucun regret. La première nuit au sol sur le futon a été plus difficile, mais dès la 2e, on s’y trouve confortable. Une bonne côte à monter pour s’y rendre, mais ça faisait partie du tout. Accès proche pour les bus!"

"I liked everything about the hotel, especially the service received from Yoshika (sp?) at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. WITH A SMILE, he helped us with so much from learning how to start the washer/dryers to calling restaurants to see if we could get in, to providing restaurant suggestions, to answering our many questions when he seemed to be extremely busy. I know a spirit of excellence when I see it…he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Yoshika was GENUINELY committed to making our experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and we greatly appreciate that. I would highly recommend this hotel just on him alone!"
