A lovely stay, the staff was all so wonderful, the place was extremely peaceful and the baths were incredible. We enjoyed the massage chair room too, and all the amenities at the Ryokan. Our only downside was the food, it was beautifully prepared and had a wide spread, it just was quite different ...

Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori
Great room and a beautiful resort! The buffet breakfast and dinner get repetitive after the first day, so two nights in Hakone feels just right. The highlights were the yukata and the onsen—super relaxing. The public onsen, in particular, was fantastic!
