I’ve stayed here a few times now to be close to Royal Columbian Hospital. Not only is the hotel clean and spacious and beds comfy but the service has been good. The staff remember me and always ask about my loved one and offer words of encouragement.

Very clean with all essential amenities

Had an odd interaction with a guest supervisor when she checked in our room. I had requested a blanket but she was quite brazen and told me I had to get the blanket myself at the front desk… staff shortage. Not one of my best hotel experiences.
