Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.

"It says they will give me a number to open the box which contains the key for a room. I have contacted the hotel more then 10 time they did not give me a room and a pass code for the key. I messaged the hotel at the afternoon 1:00 pm and call them the did not respond and I message Expedia, it did not respond as well. So I have to search other booking App for a different phone number to get in contact with the hotel staff to get the room key the next morning 3;00 Am. "
"What can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies.
