We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and Shanghai Disneyland was very convenient and made our trip much easier. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai, especially families going to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly!! The property is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely family friendly and close to a mall across the street and close to Shanghai Disneyland! Definitely recommend, ask for Frank!

Hotel was fantastic, nicely themed rooms and so helpful. Great services, free shuttles to Disneyland and airport transfer. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday. Very quiet. The hotel is off a main road were there are lots of local restaurants and supermarkets.

Good hotel if you're from China. I would not recommend it for foreigners; they hardly speak English. Room service (simple sandwich) took over an hour. Someone was brushing the carpet - machine noise - in the hallway outside my room at 1AM in the morning.
