Due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19  travelling now comes with more challenges than in the past. Cast your eye over these useful tips before boarding your flight to Hai:

• Before you lock in a flight, check if any travel bans or restrictions apply — in both your origin and destination. Stay informed with the latest updates by checking government and airport websites.
• You must wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, including at screening checkpoints. Be prepared to adjust your mask to verify your identity when asked by a TSA employee.
• Do not hand your boarding pass directly to a TSA employee. Rather, position the pass on the scanner and then hold it up for inspection.
• TSA is now permitting passengers to take one container of hand sanitizer, up to 12 oz (350 ml) in size, in carry-on baggage. This will have to be removed from your bag for X-ray screening.
• Put any personal items (keys, wallet and phone) in your carry-on rather than a bin to reduce handling during the screening process.
• Transport your food items in a clear plastic bag and also place them in a screening bin. Keeping your food separate from your carry-on means it's less likely a TSA officer will need to open and touch your bag for inspection.
