From the looks of this hotel it looked nice. However upon arrival waiting almost 40 minutes while the dust manager ignored me. Then was told there was a problem with the room. I in communicate with the manager up to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was held up about 40 minutes in the lobby and turned away. She sent me to a different Hotel that was a lesser quality. However that hotel manager was very kind and considerate. I would not recommend this hotel as you never know when you show up they may just turn you away like they did me for no apparent reason. And I was booked on expedia.com. the fee was paid and I arrived at the time I told them. Very disappointed with this hotel. I hope Expedia and other booking sites notice. Sincerely Alfred

Klart ikke et hotel i luksusklassen. Badeværelse var dårligt indrettet - så alt var vådt ved bad ( toilet og håndvaske). Håndvask havde en skarp kant.
Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.
Petite pause de 3 nuits à Cat Ba. Linda nous a très bien accueilli et nous a proposé d'organiser qques excursions si nous le voulions. Hôtel non loin du centre ville, et des plages, accessibles à pied. Petit déjeuner correct avec du choix. Belle terrasse en rooftop. Cours de cuisine proposé. Nous avons eu un incident avec nos toilettes qui a été résolu dans la demi heure après en avoir informé Linda. Merci !
Nous devions avoir une chambre avec vue partielle mer et on nous a refilé une chambre avec 0% vue mer, sur le rooftop, absolument pas isolé ni du bruit, ni des courants d'air, sans lumière de chevets et surtout une chambre congelée sans chauffage
On a demandé à changer, on a eu du coup une chambre au 3e étage, toujours sans chauffage, il doit faire 15 degrés dans la pièce et celle-ci sent très fort l'humidité, elle est aussi extrêmement bruyante autant des bruits interne à l'hôtel que des bruits de la rue.
Bref deux nuits très désagréables surtout après une croisière de 10h dans la baie en cette saison.
Le petit déjeuner est bien et le personnel cordiale mais cela ne leur pose aucun problème de ne pas donner la bonne chambre ou de ne pas chauffer les chambres.
