"We loved out stay here! The location was so peaceful and we loved out morning walks on the beach. It was so close to the national park and drives to Hanalei bay for food, shops, and the beach. The lush rainforest feel was incredible. we enjoyed nice rains from the porch and beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Had everything we needed and the fresh air from the windows was lovely. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, everyone very friendly. We had a deluxe ocean front room, views were awesome. But you can’t swim in front ocean too rough. Great coffee shop on site and the restaurant food was delicious. Just be aware that it takes a while to get there 2 lane roads with One lane bridges. People are curtious and take turns. Would absolutely return "

"Stunning location. Love being deep in the green of The Garden Isle. Uncrowded beach right in your backyard. Put to sleep by the sound of crashing waves. Steve was always responsive and helpful yet laid back and non-intrusive. Even the maintenance crew that showed up as we were leaving were super kind and helpful. A few things in the house could use updating and repair but in no way would keep me from renting again. We had what we needed, both indoors and out. It was hard to leave. "

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for a whole week. It is such a peaceful environment, and is very close to the beaches. It is in a more rural area of the island, so you can see the stars super clearly at night. Some people complained of the chickens making too much noise, but we didn’t find that to be a problem. The yard is super private, and you’re about 98% out of view of your neighbors. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hanalei Colony Resort, Unit C2. The location is perfectly situated right next to Kepuhi Beach and about a 30-minute walk to Tunnels Beach, which made it easy to enjoy the north shore at a relaxed pace.The café on the property was incredibly convenient for my daily matcha and bagels in the morning. While I didn’t have the chance to book a massage next door, I loved how close and accessible it was—both the café and massage studio are separately owned, which is nice to know.The unit itself was very clean and well organized. While it is on the older side, I found that part of its charm—it felt cozy and authentic rather than outdated. Management was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay.Having a laundry area and a water filter onsite was an added bonus and made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

It felt like a remote oasis with a private beach but only 15 minutes from town. For us it was the perfect location. House was well maintained, and well stocked, we even cooked thanksgiving dinner no problem! Our favorite was having coffee and cocktails on the gorgeous deck."
