Everything you need!
This camp is located in a beautiful community other camps and access to fishing. It is very well stocked, clean, and great location. The organization and detail the camp has to make your stay is amazing. It really comes equipped with everything you need. The host was very accommodating and prompt to every question I inquired about. Me and my family love to fish and we defiantly plan to rent again here.

Top Notch all the way!!
Rented on VRBO all over the US many times over the last 2 decades. Rented in Hackberry area before as well. This is one of the top notch rentals I've ever experienced!! Will be our go to place for Hackberry from now on. The house, the cleanliness, the communication with the owner....all PERFECT. They have every detail taken care of. Can't wait to stay here again

Love This Place
This was our second time staying here. We love it. The home is very clean and smells so nice. All the little extras are there for you if you need them. Indoor and outdoor. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is only about 20 minute from the beach and the beach is so nice. Not crowded and clean. The check in and out process was super easy with this place. The communication is top notch. The beds are comfy. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Do yourseld a favor and book today!

2023 Holly Beach Bronco Bash
As being the founder of Gulf Coast Bronco Association we organized a Holly Beach Bronco Bash to benefit Wheeling for a cause foundation which benefit a disabled veteran. I found this cute place to stay and it was fantastic. Only 15 minutes from Holly Beach and in a very nice quiet area. We will definitely be back.

Short Mother's day getaway
House was very well stocked, a true home away from home. Enjoyed the convenience of having a boat launch right across the street, made it easy to launch and park the truck right back at the camp. When I asked about the check in instructions and address they were very quick to respond. Plenty of room for us (5), the beds were so comfortable and the decor was adorable.

Very clean and well stocked house
This house itself had everything we needed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms had everything down to shampoo, paper goods, coffee. The property is not on the water and does not have access to a fishing spot other than a small portion of water across the street which is a boat ramp. If you have a boat then this is the excellent place to rent. My kids ended up walking to other properties and fishing off their dock. The downstairs has a very nice kitchen with everything you need to boil seafood. We boiled crawfish one day and it was fun. The beach is not close. Closest beach is Holly Beach half hour away. There aren’t any good restaurants or anything like that close by. Lake Charles is about half hour away for shopping and eating out. Again the house itself is fantastic. (Except for the fridge ice maker that needs some work as it is very loud, enough to make one wake up from sleep in the middle of the night.) The owner is super responsive and the check in and check out are all easy. House also had board games and such we enjoyed with the kids during cold front. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay AND have a boat, this is the place to pick :)

What a relaxing stay! The property was very clean. The owner was very organized and we had everything we need to boil shrimp one night and make steak and potatoes on the grill the next night. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back.

Booking and check-in couldn’t be easier. The house was clean and the location is perfect. The private boat ramp across the street is so convenient. The house was well stocked with coffee and everything you need for a weekend of fishing. Also, it was so nice to have our family dog tag along with us on the trip.

We stayed Aug 10th-14th for a family getaway and a lil salt…. We fished and crabbed… the house is very nice and fully stocked only need groceries…. The boat ramp is across the street so it was nice and convenient…. The ice machine came in handy and fridge downstairs is an awesome bonus. We boiled crab we caught and 20lbs fresh shrimp straight off the boat! We will definitely be back to this lil gem!!! Thanks for a great stay the Temples

Not minutes from the beach!
This place was lovely upon arrival. The host was very nice, accommodating and super easy to reach. She offered her chairs and paddle boat to use in the nearby bay which was very kind. The place was so much further from the beach then I would ever agreed to. It’s a 30 minute drive to the beach. This was the most disappointing to me. The trash outside was overflowing and by the time we were leaving it caused maggots to be everywhere and we had to walk through them while trying to pack our car. We also had to kill about 4 wood roaches inside of the house. This was not due to cleanliness because the place was really clean. I would recommend this place to someone who doesn’t care about being far from the beach. This is NOT a waterfront property. Walking distance to the bay but not the beach.

Home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Booking and check in/out process was super easy. Directions to the property were clear and precise. There is a boat launch right across the street, so it is perfect if you are in Hackberry for fishing or boat riding. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
