Your own hot tub on the balcony and excellent food made for a very enjoyable experience, along with all the other amenities, baths and massage it was a great spa experience.

Lovely!! So enjoyed this escape from everything! Private on s’en was delightful. Big space, beautiful views.
Complimentary items included face mask, hair brush (great for thick hair!), toothbrush, shower cap etc. Big range. Another place with nice smelling bath soaps.
Had two futons on the floor which were firm but comfortable. House slippers were provided and yukata for visiting the public baths.
Huge resort! So big. Getting to the public onsen was confusing but worth the walk. Big indoor...

The hotel was gorgeous, it gave you that really comforting feeling especially after a full day of walking. We booked the private spa due to having tattoos it was magnificent, definitely book the half board the staff for dinner and breakfast were amazing! I absolutely loved the restaurant ladies they were such welcoming people and loved to feed us. Thank you all for such an amazing experience
