"The bungalow is great but the staff is absolutely terrible.

We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her.

"Girl at front desk was helpful in making sure our bus back to Hanoi was picking us up at the hotel. You are able to rent scooters to go up to Heaven’s Gate. "
