This home 3 minutes to river access and world class fishing! 5 minutes to a ton of hiking, mountain biking, and OHV trails. Located within 30 minutes to everything in the Vail valley and Glenwood spring! You can enjoy the full recreation center located across the street with a full gym, steam room, hot tub, lap pool, lazy river and water slides! No need to trailer in you can drive your side by side or dirt bikes straight to the trails!
