"Overall great house- location perfect. The mattresses in the bunk room were not suitable for an adult so our friend who slept on it had a fair amount of back pain. Would not plan on 4 adults in this house. Other than that, amazing place"

"Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"Very nice kitchen, large spaces, great location to Basalt and ski areas. Completely satisfied our needs, nice to find a basic house in ski country. Figuring out the heat and thermostats took a little time, and the lights above the kitchen counter never came on. Few wall hangings, decorations, or mirrors. However, I would definitely stay there again."

"The coaching staff and our boys had a wonderful time while we stayed at the house! Very spacious and accommodating. The property management was very friendly, laid back, and made you feel like family! They even helped our team with travel recommendations for the following day so that we could make it our Soccer game on time. We loved it! It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone."

"This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). "Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love: There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area.
