This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed. A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

If you are looking to stay in shinjuku, this hotel has an incredible value for the price. Breakfast included, rooftop terrace, well located… BUT, room are tiny and a little bit dated AND could be cleaner ….
