"Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations "

Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pafuli Bungalov which is a beautiful wooden bungalow surrounded by tea plantations. We woke up surrounded by greenery and nature - it was just amazing! It is a family run business and the family made us feel so welcome. They served a delicious breakfast which included traditional dishes from the region, and also gave us fresh figs, grapes and tomatoes from their garden. They also helped us to order food from a local restaurant when we arrived late in the...

"The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."
