Sore feet in Rize

We stayed three nights, the bed was a bit low for us so difficult to get out of it, a small room and even smaller bathroom but as a frequent traveller that was not to bad and everything worked. Breakfast was exceptional such a wide selection and fresh. The staff what can i say, everyone was pleasant and helpful nothing was to much for them. If and when we return we will stay here again. A big thankyou to all at Rhisos Hotel

As we were travelling by bus the hotel was a good location from the bus station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard double. Although it was small it was comfortable. We were aware of this from the photo so we were not disappointed. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent.Receptionist, Asll, I think I may not have spelled her name correctly, but the woman is a very kind professional and deserves all the praise for her work with clients. The breakfast is ok. The hotel needs a lot of renovation, that's the only thing we didn't like, everything looks very old. Overall rating is 3.

Rhisos Hotel’de konaklama deneyimim gerçekten beklentilerimin çok üzerinde oldu. Oda temizliği kusursuzdu; her detay özenle düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltı ise şehir oteli standartlarının çok ötesindeydi. Çeşitlilik, lezzet ve sunum açısından mükemmel bir deneyim sundu. Karadeniz turum boyunca pek çok otelde konakladım ancak içlerinde en iyisinin Rhisos Hotel olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Hem konfor hem hizmet kalitesi açısından bölgedeki pek çok otele örnek olabilecek bir seviyede. Resepsiyonda bizimle ilgilenen Ali Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Güleryüzü, ilgisi ve profesyonel yaklaşımı konaklamamı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendimi gerçekten değerli bir misafir gibi hissettim. Bölgeyi ziyaret eden herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
