What a great property. Our room was excellent. Spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Plenty of room for bags and good work desk. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Would recommend, great value for money.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lobi, asansör, yemek yeme alanı inanılmaz derecede kızartma kokuyordu ve tüm kıyafetime, saçıma, çantama kadar sindi o koku. Masalar ve sandalyeler temiz değildi. Kahvaltı yaparken yer bulma konusunda sıkıntı yaşanıyor. Otelin etrafındaki inşaatın gürültüsü odadaydı. Oda iki katlı olmasına rağmen yan taraftaki banyo sesi duyuluyordu. Bunların dışında kahvaltısı çeşitli, taze, personeli güler yüzlü ama çok hijyenik ve konforlu bir otel diyemem maalesef.

It was the best stay in my whole journey in Turkey. The big suite was offered for student-friendly price and the breakfast was very yummy! The hotel is located conveniently to explore the Rize city and access the public transport. I won't hesitate to book this hotel again once I am back in Rize.

2 kişilik konaklama için 2 ayrı yatak istedik. Oda apart tarzındaydı. Ortak alanın ardından 2 ayrı odaya ayrılıyor yataklar farklı odalarda. Böyle olması hoşumuza gitti. Fiyat olarak oldukça uygun. Kahvaltı yeterli. Otelin otoparkı olmadığı için park sorunu yaşadık. Herkes yol kenarına park ettiği için biz de öyle yaptık. Biraz uzakta kaldı aracımız ancak herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık.
