Marlin Key 3B is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Marlin Key Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL, offer low-density, spacious units, stunning beach views, and private beach access—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

• Access to the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home; dining table seats eight, plus four bar stools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area with a queen-size sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom with king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity and jetted tub

• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom with a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed; one reserved space and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal
Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

This is our third stay at a Marlin key condo and it never disappoints. Love the updated security with the gate out front! This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and just as wonderful as we imagined it would be. Won’t stay anywhere else in orange beach!

Great view from the balcony. Clean. Great beach access. Roomier than appears in pictures. Parking is convenient for one car. Elevator not great, and sliding door to balcony is a little difficult to move, but these are minor compared to an overall excellent experience.

We loved everything about this condo! The covered parking was so nice. The condo itself was very roomy, clean, and decorated beautifully. We did not cook a lot during our stay but the kitchen was fully stocked if you wish to do so. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were very comfortable. It was only steps to the beach which was not crowded; so peaceful and relaxing.I definitely would stay here again!

Marlin Key 3B---aka heaven!

What a beautiful condo in a perfect location! Every detail was chosen and cared for with perfection. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. The beach was perfect and the covered parking even had a hose to rinse the sea salt off the cars. The shaded balcony was the perfect retreat from the sun. We can't wait to go back!
