"Personnel were friendly; facilities were clean. It was close to the beach and everything else one might need. Loved the cabin, pool and pier. "

"We stayed 2 nights and had a great experience! Morning & Night shift staff was nice. They had complimentary breakfast which is more like quick grabs like honey buns, muffins, snacks with coffee, hot cocoa and waters to grab. Pool was clean and open. Our room was clean! Bathroom was clean. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay this would be it! Multiple places to grab a bite and about 20 mins from the beach. "

"The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks. The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc there were free beach chairs for use. "

"Ideally located, very good facilities. Surprising upside beyond their pool and lazy river is that you have access to 3 of the facilities to the right of them. Additional lazy river and restaurant access was great. "

"Very clean and convenient. Room with double queen was a bit 'tight' for two to get around. Otherwise, room was comfortable. Nice firm bed and pillows were perfect. Good breakfast included and other snack/beverage options available for purchase at other times. Internet access was fine. No problems. "
