"The Reserve was amazing! The staff , all of them simply kind and attentive. Our Concierge Jared did great, took care of us , and the Sunset cruise was awesome!!!! Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Thank you to Gustavo from Kao made it an awesome dinner experience, also the waiters at Blue Agave, our favorite restaurant"

"This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."
