"I will stay at the began very nicely. The unit was OK. The furniture in the living room was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid for this unit. The back of the couch was broken in the middle and very uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a little bit more to be able to cook more comfortably. We had to buy a few things that we use on a regular basic. The staff at the Ipana was friendly. Specially, Anel when we arrived and was a breath of fresh air very kind very professional very...

"We had no water pressure/ hot water. We was suppose to be in an apartment. We were put in a standard room. Commode kept stopping up. The food at the hotel was not that good and over priced."

"We had a quick turnaround at the end of our trip so we didn’t get in the pool, but enjoyed the beach and got to hang out with friends up in Cancún proper…The house was lovely, we loved the whimsical art, the big spacious bathrooms and the back patio was perfect for morning coffee..We’ll be back in the fall, and we will make this a stop on that trip as well!Thank you! "

"The house is comfortable , clean , organized. And We had all needed. The AC was perfect. The only issue we had was the washing machine. We had to bring home wet clothes. The machine intakes a long time to clean the clothes,. Thank you"
