"We had a wonderful time here. I love that the pool isn't ice cold and they have an actual hot tub. The staff we very nice."

"The first thing you go into the front desk, check-in, beautiful scenery, beautiful location. The hotel is on the old side. The elevator is super old. The pool area is so dumb. In order to get to the pool bar you have to go all the way around on pool ladder that shouldn’t even exist since the early 2000s. Very dangerous for elder people the stairs going down to the beach is so high and steep again very dangerous for kids and elder people. Food was OK. Should be a little cheaper for the what you’re getting. Also know high-end alcohol."

The only thing I would improve on is have more day time entertainment down at the beach pool . I found the adult pool was way too hot not refreshing at all so we spend most of our time was at the beach pool the water was refreshing,and great views "

"This was my 5th time in Cancun, and this has been one of my favorite places to stay. I loved everything about the resort, My granddaughters had a blast because it has a pool side for small children. For those adults traveling alone , no problem, they have pools and restaurants for adults only. Highly recommend this resort and Expedia to book it. I was able to find a better deal !"
