"The staff were extremely friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped and had all the standard amenities. The gym was adequate, as were the drinks available in the bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The crowning glory, however, are the staff, whether in the front office, restaurant, bar or housekeeping. "

"Not at all good experience. Had to wait a long to get the room key, inspite of showing them the hotel.com confirmation. In fact, I called the reception about our journey one and half hour before reaching the hotel. Room service was literally nill. Food was found to be costly than any surrounding restaurants. I don't know whether online booking is not a pleasant route for the hotel management !!!"
